We do not have a meeting problem.
We have a learning-from-meetings problem.
Most AI meeting tools produce soulless summaries:
"John mentioned the deadline."
"Options A and B were discussed."
Nobody learns from that.
What matters is not the transcript. It is the debrief:
-> what was decided
-> what the actual problem was
-> whether the format fit the content
-> what should change next time
My setup turns meeting transcripts into three outputs:
-> Meeting Debrief
-> Effectiveness Review
-> optional Personal Subtext
Evaluate the meeting, not the people.
The goal is not note-taking theater. It is signal you can act on.
